Luke 14:25-27 25 And large crowds were going with Him (Yeshua), and turning, He said to them, 26 “If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, and wife, and children, and brothers, and sisters, and his own life too, he is unable to be My taught one. 27 And whoever does not bear his stake and come after Me is unable to be My taught one.” “

Luke 14:33 So, then, everyone of you who does not give up all that he has, is unable to be My taught one.

Is being a disciple of Christ free to us? These verses say that we have to give up everything! That is not cheap! Moreover, He mentions this in the context of things that are normally the most dear to us of all—our flesh-and-blood relatives! There is no greater price a human being can pay than to give up his family, and yes, his own life! That is not cheap! That is not free!

Grace is the most costly thing that has ever been given. It was costly in terms of the life of the very Creator—the God who made everything! And in return, to receive that grace, He demands that we give up our lives. It is not cheap. It is not free.

Then, how can people say it is free? Christ could not have made the cost of our obligation any clearer than He does here. No relationship ties are stronger than blood ties. The saying, “Blood is thicker than water,” originated in the Church of England, meaning that blood ties are stronger than the Holy Spirit, symbolized by the water. The English Church recognized that family ties would pull people away from the truth of God. They are that powerful! Grace is not free, not cheap, by any stretch of the imagination!

Jesus then tells us that, in addition, we have to humbly bear any burden that comes upon us as a result of our discipleship, as a result of having received such forgiveness. Sometimes that cost can be very great. His statement is sweeping in terms of its consequences.

Free does not mean “cheap” but that God freely gave it. He was under no constraint. There was no obligation on His part to do what He did. He owes us absolutely nothing for what we have done. Grace is an aspect of His love that has no motive but itself. “God so loved the world that He gave. . .” (John 3:16).

Looking at history, is there anything lovable about mankind? Look at what humanity has done to this earth! Look at what men have done to one another! In the name of “God,” men have blown one another to smithereens! If someone did to our property and to our family as we have treated God’s property and family, we would have a terribly difficult time extending love. In fact, we might be totally unable to do it! We lack love of that depth. But God freely gives grace, though He is under no obligation whatsoever.

Frequently Asked Questions by Brad Scott

The Moral Law and the Ceremonial Law

Introductory

Every now and then I receive an email concerning the issue of what the difference is between a commandment, a statute and an ordinance. Of course, these are English words, but the Hebrew text does make a distinction between them. Many times the context of the question is attached to a teaching that proposes that the ordinances of ‘Ivrim 9:1-10, the middle wall of partition in Ephesians 2:14, and what was nailed to the cross in Colossians 2:14 were the statutes and ordinances and not the Ten Words or Ten Commandments of Sh’mot 20:1-17. The conclusion of this teaching is that New Testament believers are responsible to observe the Ten Commandments and not those instructions found in the ordinances and statutes. This specifically addresses all things pertaining to the temple, the priesthood, the sacrifices, the offerings, instructions concerning servants, vows, planting, harvesting, jubilee years, disease, dietary laws and last but not least, the feasts of YHVH. These things, they say, were nailed to the cross and were instructions from Moses to Israel that were placed in the ‘side’ of the ark and not ‘in’ the ark.

In all fairness, this teaching is very provocative and the pearls are strung very convincingly. I submit to you, however, that it’s conclusion is not a just weight, and it is only presenting the scriptures that seem to support it’s premise. How these words are defined and used will support this premise or collapse it. The basic premise is this: There are two distinct laws. The moral law, as displayed in the Ten Commandments, and the ceremonial (a.k.a. Jewish) law, as given by Moses. The proposition is that Yeshua‘ died to free us from the ceremonial law but not the moral law. I am sure you have heard this line before. In this teaching series I will address as many of the so-called prooftexts of this view as I can. The following quotes are typical examples of the theology behind this teaching.

“The moral law was written and spoken by God (Exodus 20:1,22; 31:18; 32:16) and the ceremonial was written and spoken by Moses (Exodus 24:3-4; Deut 31:24).” ceremoniallaw.com/net

“If a man sinned, he broke the moral law of the Ten Commandments. Then he brought his offering according to the ceremonial law, the law of sacrifices, and he received forgiveness. For sin is the transgression of the moral law, the Ten Commandments. 1 John 3:4” ceremoniallaw.com/net

“Jesus Christ permanently took the place of the ceremonial law when He cried out ‘It is finished’ and bowed His head and died” ceremoniallaw.com/net

“The Bible presents two laws: one changeless and eternal, the other provisional and temporary. One presents the duty of man to God and to his fellow men, the other was given because of man’s disobedience to God’s requirements.” sdarm.org Seventh Day Adventists Reformed Movement

“Many theologians divide Old Testament laws into three general categories: moral, ceremonial, and civil.” Jesus-is-savior.com

“If you look at the difference between moral and ceremonial aspects of the law, the moral part is the part in our hearts, our love for neighbour or for God. The ceremonial part is the part outside of that, the ritual part, the externals.” theotokos.co.za

“The ceremonial laws given in the Old Testament pointed to and were fulfilled in Jesus Christ.” Americanvision.org

This is just a tiny example of a plethora of web sites teaching the difference between the ceremonial laws of God and the moral laws of God. There are as many sites that divide God’s commandments into moral, civil, and ceremonial laws. Either way, I am not sure whether the mitzvah frog would rather be slowly boiled in water or placed under the scalpel in the anti-Torah biology labs. It is this author’s opinion that this teaching is evolutionay and Darwinism at it’s best. There are quite a few aspects of this issue that have already been addressed in other teachings on our web site. I am not going to revisit those. I would like to begin by briefly addressing the terms ceremonial and moral. Let’s begin with some clear, verifiable facts, which I will strive to be fair and balanced about. Given my nature, I want to address some words first. There is no place in scripture that uses the terms moral or ceremonial to divide up the commandments of our Creator. These are intrepretive words, drawn from their own presuppositions and biases. I told you I would be fair and balanced. We ALL have our presuppositions and biases. There are two kinds of people in the world. Those who admit they interpret scripture through presupposition and those who try to convince the masses that they have none and are always looking at scripture with an objective lens. Trust me, there is only ONE who sees things without bias. The second person is self-deceived.

The terms ceremonial and moral must be derived from the evidence they choose to present. Since the scriptures make no mention of these two groups of laws, their conclusion must be based upon inference, whether clear, muddy or contrived. However, the Word of God does mention commandments, laws, ordinances, statutes and precepts. I choose to define these words concretely and then to search them from Genesis to Revelation. So, before we conclude that some laws are for Jews in the Old Testament and some laws are for Christians in the New Testament, let’s define some of the terminology.

The English word commandment is translated from several Hebrew words. Most often it is the verb command or tzvah. As a noun, it is mitzvah. As a noun, or commandment, it is used over 200 times in the Tanakh. Obviously, from the anti-Torah point of view, this many occurrences would be expected. Its Greek equivalents in the New Testament are prostasso and entole. They appear almost 100 times in the New Testament. The abstract use of this word as a command, order or charge stems from its ancient picture of a tzadi and a waw. The tzadi pictures a man laying on his side, as in waiting. The waw is a nail, stake or pin that connects. The ancient picture is of a son or even a soldier waiting for that which connects, hence a command. Here are a few examples including the first use of the word as a verb and a noun.

Bere’shiyt (Genesis) 2:16
“And YHVH ’Elohiym commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:”

Bere’shiyt 26:5
“Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.”

Sh’mot (Exodus) 20:6
“And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.”

Yochanan (John) 14:15
“If ye love me, keep my commandments.”

Commandments begin in the beginning. A good place to bring them forth considering that YHVH loves the whole world. You may also notice that Abraham obeyed the mitzvot of God as well, long before Mt. Sinai. Adam chose NOT to obey them and ends up being the founding father of disobedience and its results. Further detail and even more relevant meaning can be seen in another Hebrew word that is also translated many times as commandment and that is the word peh. You may recognize this word as one of the letters of the Hebrew aleph bet. Peh is the letter of the mouth, or that which speaks. It is that which comes out of the Father’s mouth. It is a familial term.

Shemot 13:6-9
“Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, and in the seventh day shall be a feast to YHVH. Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days; and there shall no leavened bread be seen with thee, neither shall there be leaven seen with thee in all thy quarters. And thou shalt shew thy son in that day, saying, This is done because of that which YHVH did unto me when I came forth out of Egypt. And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that YHVH’s law may be in thy mouth (peh): for with a strong hand hath YHVH brought thee out of Egypt.”

Shemot 17:1
“And all the congregation of the children of Israel journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, after their journeys, according to the commandment (peh) of YHVH, and pitched in Rephidim: and there was no water for the people to drink.”

Devariym (Deuteronomy) 8:3
“And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth (peh) of YHVH doth man live.

It is every word that proceedeth out of the mouth/commandment of YHVH that man doth live by. This statement is repeated in the New Testament (surprise, surprise) in Mattityahu 4:4. What comes from the Father’s mouth is for the children. Now the commandments of God are not what is in question here. It is the dissecting of the words from His mouths, making them for some and not others. It is also noteworthy that even many of those who concede that the Ten Commandments are moral laws and for the New Testament believer, still reject the Sabbath as being a moral law. Speaking of morals, it is morally reprehensible that for centuries pinheaded intellectual theologians have decided for the rest of us which words from our Father’s mouth we should follow and which ones were for faithless Jews living in primordial soup ponds. It is those whom I believe Yeshua‘ will spew out of His mouth (peh). It may be interesting to note that the numerical (gematria) value of tzvah or commandment, is the same as the Hebrew word for vomit.

It might behoove us to give some attention to the numerous times that God’s people are warned about keeping our Father’s commandments and not turning away from them. I have included the several occasions in which the Hebrew words translated as ordinances, statutes and precepts were also translated in the KJV as ‘commandments’.

‘Amos 2:4
“Thus saith YHVH; For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have despised the law of YHVH, and have not kept his commandments (choq), and their lies caused them to err, after the which their fathers have walked:”

Devariym 31:29
“For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of YHVH, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands.”

Melakhim Bet (2 Kings) 17:34
“Unto this day they do after the former manners: they fear not YHVH, neither do they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law and commandment which YHVH commanded the children of Jacob, whom he named Israel;”

Mizmor (Psalm) 119:10
“With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments“.

Mattityahu (Matthew) 5:19
“Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.”

Hitgalut (Revelation) 12:17
“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Messiah Yeshua’.”

Devariym 12:32
“What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.”

I hope that in this introduction that I have been able to establish what most Christian theologians generally agree with anyway. Next time I want to begin to define ordinances, statutes and precepts and their relationship with the commandments of our Creator. Before part two I would like to reiterate that the scriptures DO NOT divide the commandments of God into moral, civil or ceremonial laws. Men do that, our Father does not.

Luke 16:16-17 16 The Torah and the prophets are until Yoḥanan (John). Since then the reign of Elohim (Mighty One/God) is being announced, and everyone is doing violence upon it. 17 And it is easier for the heaven and the earth to pass away than for one tittle of the Torah to fall.”

It is helpful to realize that at its establishment on earth the Kingdom of God will be ruling over unconverted people who have just passed through the most horrific period of tribulation in the history of mankind. These people will need guidance from absolutely trustworthy standards.

No nation, not even the Kingdom of God, can govern human beings without laws. There must be standards of conduct for citizens to follow, or chaos and anarchy will result as each person does what seems right in his own eyes (Judges 21:25). But “God is not the author of confusion but of peace” (I Corinthians 14:33). His Kingdom will be peaceful and orderly because people will be led to submit themselves voluntarily to His rule of law—His commandments.

Unfortunately, many believe that the commandments are done away, having been replaced by love. This can easily lead a person to believe the opposite of what is true regarding the commandments. People have a strong tendency to think of them in terms of restrictive bondage, whereas love is perceived as liberating. The apostle John says, however, that the commandments of God are love and not grievous (I John 5:3).

What does Jesus teach? In Matthew 22:36, He was asked, “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” His reply is instructive:

Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40)

Notice that both of the two Great Commandments encompass love. The first four of the Ten Commandments show man how to love God, and the second group of six shows man how to love fellow man. The commandments remove love from being merely an emotion and reveal how to apply love practically. As one commentator stated, “Love is what you do.”

It was Jesus, as God of the Old Testament, who gave to ancient Israel God’s laws in their codified form from Mount Sinai. When He became a man, what did He teach in reference to these very commandments?

» “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” (John 14:15)

» “He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” (John 14:21)

» “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.” (John 14:23-24)

The apostle James calls the Ten Commandments “the royal law,” meaning it came from a King and is worthy of His Kingdom (James 2:8-12).

God has never done away with His Ten Commandments, and they never shall be done away. They will be lived by all those given eternal life forever. They will also be the basic law of those possessing mortal life when Jesus returns. From God’s commandments, all laws governing every aspect of a moral life will be drawn and applied in their spirit. Their standards will be the rule of law against which people’s lives will be guided and judged.

The Missionary Position Paper on Polygamy

I knew that sooner or later I would have to address the subject of polygamy, bigamy, and or otherwise, plural wives. I can always count on the observable fact that when there is a considerable stretch of reticence and routine in the Messianic world that soon someone will break the lull with the latest titillating, nobody ever thought of this before, resurrected truth. Before we even get a chance to get the last revelation out to more than fifty people, here comes another one. Personally, I am still working on getting out the message of the return to the laws and commandments of our Father. In my experience, we still have a ways to go with multitudes of people who still are not aware that Jesus was a Jew. I don’t know. Are we just bored to death? Even if we suppose that this teaching is the Father’s will, is now the time to fall all over ourselves to get that message out to the masses? Not only has this issue produced another divisive monkey wrench to complicate our lives, but I especially feel a deep sorrow for the children who are products of these unions who are doomed to go broke buying Mother’s Day cards.

Most of you know how I feel about the end being revealed out of the beginning. My first response to an e-mail I received concerning this subject, was, “but from the beginning it was not so”. Since then, I have perused the internet, read “The Position Paper”, and have tallied up the various defenses of this teaching. The general premise? God never told us that it was a sin. If it was good enough for Jacob, it is good enough for me. The more I researched, the more I was drawn to the apologetic of this practice. I soon found myself staring out the window pondering such a thing. Their inductive and deductive reasoning was soon overwhelming and I found myself mentally adding to their premise. I was soon speaking out verses that they had not thought of. My testosterone levels began to rise as I yelled out “Yes! Yes! if it was good enough for David, it is good enough for me!” Then Carol walked into the room.

I understand that this is a very serious issue to some. Is it God’s will that righteous men on this earth have more than one wife? All of the treatises of this issue that I have seen readily confess that there is no commandment from our Father and Teacher to take upon yourself more than one wife. The issue does indeed seem to be that God has left it as optional. Men may or may not have more than one wife depending on their own personal ability to be able to support and nourish multiple wives. Is this what the Scriptures teach? Let me begin by addressing an important part of this issue that also should be considered and applied to other similar controversial topics. There is a significant difference between description and prescription/proscription. All of the Bible is descriptive, but not all of what takes place is prescriptive or proscriptive. Prescriptive means a laying down of a law or an order. Proscriptive means the condemning of some one or some thing. Because the Scriptures are completely open, forthright and many times transparent in describing the lives of godly men, does not mean they are always prescribing their behavior or lifestyle. This is especially true of someone like David, who, although he is described as a man after God’s own heart, has a life filled with everything from feigning lunacy to arranging someone’s murder. I am already guilty of the former. The Scriptures describes all of David’s actions but does not prescribe all of his actions.

Here are some of the most oft quoted passages that are supposed to be the proof texts for plural wives, other than the recounting of the lives of Abraham, Jacob, David or Solomon. By the way, most of you are probably aware of the fact that I live in Utah. So this is not my first rodeo with respect to this subject.

Shemot (Exodus) 21:1-10

Now these are the judgments which thou shalt set before them. If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing. If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself: if he were married, then his wife shall go out with him. If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master’s, and he shall go out by himself. And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free: Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever. And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do. If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her. And if he have betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters. If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.

Vayiqera (Leviticus) 18:18

Neither shalt thou take a wife to her sister, to vex her, to uncover her nakedness, beside the other in her life time.

Shemu’el Bet (2 Samuel) 12:7-8

And Nathan said to David, Thou art the man. Thus saith YHVH ’Elohiym of Israel, I anointed thee king over Israel, and I delivered thee out of the hand of Saul; And I gave thee thy master’s house, and they master’s wives into thy bosom, and gave thee the house of Israel and of Judah; and if that had been too little, I would moreover have given unto thee such and such things.

Devariym (Deuteronomy) 21:15

If a man have two wives, one beloved and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated: Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:

These are some of the examples of texts that are used by those who espouse (pun intended) this teaching. The text of Shemot 21 begins with the judgments that YHVH has set before the children of Israel. The word specifically used here is shoftiym and translated as judgments. This word is used, as opposed to mitzvot (commandments), chuqqiym (ordinances, statutes), or torot (laws), for a particular reason. Just after Israel, as an homogeneous group of people, are established at Mt. Sinai, YHVH knows that there will now be a plethora of judicial possibilities given to such a large group of people. Up to this point, YHVH has been focusing on the individual families of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Judgments are the result of those things that go awry and are brought before a judge or magistrate. There will be disputes over boundaries, cows that have gotten out of their pastures, men and women who will bash each other over the head with empty Egyptian beer bottles, daughters gored by an ox, rebellious sons, and other general problems in the hood. All kinds of matters will now open up and be presented before Moses and the elders. Many of these matters are preceded by the words kiy or ‘im, which are translated as for or if. It appears that these words are used to express the fact that some things have already gone south, and here is my judgment. The same thought process holds true for Devariym 21:15, as well. Quite frankly, I am surprised that one of these judgments does not begin with “If a man has twelve mothers-in-law…”

The text of Vayiqera 18:18 is very closely related to the if and then statements, and concerns a man marrying his wife’s sister while his wife is still alive. I am quite aware that none of the commentaries I have researched on this issue state that God commands us to have more than one wife. The apologetic concerns their view that YHVH never condemns it or calls it a sin. I would agree that reading the text just on the surface, the practice is not called a sin. However, what deeply troubles me is the kind of logic that concludes that this is an ordained, viable option. Most of the plural wives web sites state that the idea of monogamous (one man, one wife) marriage is a western concept and not a biblical teaching. They also teach that these monogamous relationships are the cause of the downfall of western cultures. But I thought that plural marriage was optional in God’s eyes? Did the right hand forget what the left hand was teaching? Did some cultures select the wrong viable option?

I thought it might behoove us to take Yeshua‘’s suggestion in matters similar to this and go back to the beginning where it was not so. One of the apologetics I researched stated that the Hebrew word for the woman in the beginning should actually be translated as strength and not woman. As you can imagine, it was the mention of the word Hebrew that caught my attention. This individual was attempting to teach that the pattern for man, according to the Hebrew word ishshah translated as woman, which he admits is in the singular, is that the man is to marry a woman and cling to her, marry another woman and cling to her, marry another woman and cling to her, ad nauseum, infinitum. All these wives (plural) are collectively his strength (singular). Hmmmmm. Please allow me to segue (quickly leap to a related subject) here for just a moment. I have recently come to believe that I may be partially responsible for some of the absurd extrapolations of word meanings occasionally found in the Hebrew roots movement, or whatever we are calling ourselves today. Believe it nor not, sometimes I am accused of being a kabbalist. Yes, really. Now is not the time to dive into the details, but none the less, I am accused of this now and then. One of the demonstrative attributes of Kabbalism is the ability to take a simple, concrete statement of relatable, empirically verifiable facts and turn it into esoteric psycho-babble. In other words, contrary to what Paul reveals to us, they say that that which comes first is spiritual, then that which is natural. The dynamics of the absolute, perfect design of ancient Hebrew takes the unseen and puts it back into it’s natural, creative setting so that we can relate to the unseen, so we can understand how we are to live and serve each other in a fallen world. I would ask some of these Bible expositors, using their interpretive methods, if the Creator wanted us to comprehend that in the beginning He created one man and one woman for each other, how is He supposed to get that across other than saying one man and one woman? Just in case the possibility existed that God really really did want to express marriage as one man and one woman, what other way could He have said it other than one man and one woman? Not only is ishshah in the singular, but everything else is in concord with the singular woman, as well. Rib is in the singular. Helpmate is in the singular. Now if the Father meant singular, how else could He have expressed it so it would be understood in the beginning to be in the singular other that putting them in the singular? And perhaps more importantly, when Yeshua‘ quotes from the beginning, He also keeps it in the singular.

Mattityahu (Matthew) 19:4

And He answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that He which made them at the beginning made them male and female?

Not too long ago, I received an e-mail concerning this very section of Scripture. I was being told that I was taking the verse out of context and that the teaching was actually verifying God’s will for plural wives. I was told that Yeshua‘ was teaching that it was wrong to put away these wives and he quoted Mattityahu 19 to me as the context.

Mattityahu 19:8

He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.

Now this is another classic example of forcing an agenda into the text rather than simply listening to the text. Yeshua‘ is speaking to them the men and following in the grammatical structure using the word wives to refer to the helpmates of all the men. To conclude that this passage is teaching plural wives for each man is simply silly. The Scriptures, from the beginning, with respect to prescription, have been consistent. The will of God from the beginning is still the two shall become one. The contrast of two and one is clear. In Mark 10:7 we are told that a man leaves his mother and his father and cleaves to his wife. The model of one man and one wife in the beginning will become the foundation for one bride and one bridegroom in the end. Ultimately, my concern is for the thousands of precious people I meet and talk to inside and outside of this country. People who have been afforded the opportunity to hear, sometimes for the very first time, that their Savior did not die on a tree to free them from the laws and commandments of their God. People who had never even heard that the Biblical Sabbath is not Sunday and had yet to really come to terms with the fact that their Messiah is Jewish, spoke Hebrew, observed Passover and Sukkot and ate the very foods that He created to be eaten. This short article was for the purpose of making it very clear where this ministry stands on this subject. We believe that polygamy is a reality of life in a fallen world. A reality our Father handled with righteous justice and compassion. And finally that the will of our Father and Master is for a Scriptural marriage to be between one man who loves his ONE wife with all his heart.
